The person that I look at in the mirror. The man I hardly recognise sometimes. I'm a Father with a 4 and 1 year old and have occasionally struggled with the sleepless nights, demands of work and the challenges of family. That and I'm in my mid forties, so age is an interesting and curious subject to explore. Sometimes it all builds up and I felt I needed to record this as an artist.
